I signed up to your newsletter but have not received my welcome code
Firstly, please check your promotions and spam folders as they can land in there from time to time. You may wish to input your email address again to ensure you did not make a typo while completing the form. If you get a notification saying you are already part of the subscription list it means your email address was recorded correctly.
If you are still having troubles accessing your welcome code please email email@example.com and our friendly staff will assist you
How do I use a gift card or promo code?
At checkout you have the option to add your gift card or discount code to your order. This section can be found on the right hand side of the page on a desktop or by clicking Show Order Summary on mobiles.
Only one discount can be redeemed per order, but a discount code and gift card can be used together on a purchase.
If I use a welcome code, is my order still eligible for a refund?
Yes. Only items purchased on sale or in promotional periods are subject to exchange or credit note.
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
If you realise you have made an error on your order, please email us ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org . We will endeavour to make these changes for you - however this is not always possible as our staff are very timely at packing and sending orders.
How much will shipping be?
We offer free shipping on Australia orders over $150. Below this threshold there is a $10 charge for standard post with Australia Post or $12.99 for Express.
Do you shop internationally?
Currently we offer international shipping for $25AUD to these selected countries : Canada, France, Finland, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, And the United Kingdom

Can I return an online order In Store?
Yes! You are more then welcome to return your online order to us in our Hyde Park boutique. Please note the order may not be processed immediately - as it will be left for the online returns department to process. You will receive a email once the return has been processed

Our online customer care team is based in Adelaide, Australia & our hours of business are Monday to Friday 10am - 5pm.
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 2 business days. Please bear with us during busy periods (sales, peak trading days) as we will have an above average number of enquiries to respond to.
