Australian Shipping Terms & Conditions

Free Standard Shipping on Orders Over $150

We offer free standard shipping via Australia Post on all Australian orders over $150 AUD in a single transaction.
For orders under $150, a flat-rate shipping fee of $10 applies. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable for returned items.

Dispatch Time

We aim to pack and dispatch all orders within 24 hours of purchase.
 During sale events, peak periods, or public holidays, dispatch times may be slightly delayed — thanks for your patience during these times.

Delivery Timeframes

Standard shipping generally takes 3 to 7 business days from our HQ in Adelaide, South Australia.
 You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped — track your parcel at auspost.com.au.

While Australia Post does its best to deliver within the expected timeframe, delays may occur due to factors outside our control. Friend of Franki cannot guarantee delivery times and is not liable for parcels that arrive outside of the estimated window.

Need It Sooner?

Express Shipping is available for $13 AUD on all Australian orders.
 We use Australia Post Express, which offers next business day delivery within the Express Post Network.
 Again, while Australia Post aims to meet this timeline, delays can happen. Friend of Franki is not responsible for delays or parcels delivered outside of the Express Post guarantee.

Delivery Instructions

If you require a “signature on delivery”, please mention it in the order notes at checkout or email us directly.
 If no signature is requested, Australia Post may leave your parcel unattended if they deem it safe to do so.
 Please note: If “signature required” is not requested, the customer accepts responsibility for any lost or missing parcels.

Unclaimed Parcels

If your order is returned to us as unclaimed, you will be required to pay additional shipping charges for redelivery.

International Shipping Terms & Conditions

At Friend of Franki, we’re excited to offer international shipping to our customers around the world. Please read the following information carefully before placing your order.

Where We Ship

We currently offer flat-rate international shipping of $25 AUD to the following countries:
 Canada, France, Finland, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Malaysia, Norway, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, and the United Kingdom. New Zealand flat-rate of $15 AUD.

Shipping Method & Additional Charges

  • At checkout, please select Standard International Shipping.

  • Our flat rate of $25 AUD applies to parcels up to 500g.

  • If your parcel exceeds this weight, you will receive a separate PayPal invoice for the additional shipping cost based on the total weight of your order.

  • This invoice will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. Your order will be shipped only once the remaining shipping balance is paid in full.

  • If the additional amount is not paid within 24 hours, your order may be delayed or cancelled.

Order Verification & Security

To protect our customers and our boutique, Friend of Franki reserves the right to:

  • Delay the dispatch of international orders while security checks are completed.

  • Request additional identification to verify billing or shipping information.

  • Cancel and fully refund any order if the requested verification is not provided.

Currency & Customs

  • All prices are listed and charged in Australian Dollars (AUD).

  • Shipping fees do not include any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees in your country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the buyer, and we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

  • Friend of Franki cannot reimburse or accept returns due to customs charges or refusals to pay duties.

Delivery Timeframes

  • International delivery usually takes 8–10 working days, though in some cases it may take up to 4 weeks, depending on your location and customs processing.
